Lost in this abyss,
Stuck in the blackness,
And yet light emerges above,
Trenched in this abyss it feels as though I'm stuck,
Layered in by the sheer complexity of this cavern,
Is the light to guide or distract,
Still I wonder this as I dive in deeper,
This blackness turning to darkness,
Down wondering,
Searching for something that may lay there eventually,
Just searching for something unknown,
In the unknown cavernous abyss
