Twas the time that ticked away,
Epicly dwindling down till the time started to show,
The numbers that formed a shadow,
One was the number that first appeared,
Nine formed and eclipsed,
As the clock winding stopped,
Five clicked onto the face followed by six,
To what the numbers meant as the clock stopped,
All was unknown as time paused,
Then resumed without any notice,
Just counting down once more
