Every night is lustful,
Bringing in the bounty which we fester for,
Their hands lurch out,
Only to see what they had salivated over now gone,
Just a brisk meeting with temptation

Love Lost in Life

Life may seem over,

But you have to bring your head up,

Time to nut up or shut up,

Fight for what you desire and find your words,

That gravity of it all will bring others to their knees,

But you stand strong and alone,

The wind sweeping forever around your feet,

Weak knees and weak moments make us all worry,

Worry about the matter of which we all are,

All destined to find something after this life,

To move on and to feel your heart throb,

I can only take one breath at a time,

Only to find all these things are no longer in mind,

No longer strong,

No longer weak,

Just living a life that can only get brighter every day.

Standing at the edge of this ravine,
Heart beating firmly in my chest,
Overwhelming thoughts push the fall ever closer,
As life tethers on the brink,
With a breath held a jump was given,
Only to feel life coarse again,
As cold water becoming disturbed
